The URSA 4K resolution v2 Digital Cinema Camera having active PL Mount from Black magic design includes a form factor which is structured to make it more flexible to utilize on each size of productions. From a single operator to a complete camera crew, on the heart of the imaging system, URSA 4K resolution feature a resolution of 3840 x 2160p, global shutter CMOS sensor with 12 stops of dynamic range. The camera records and provides output in resolution of 2160p format. 16:9 standards with completely 4 times the resolution of 1080p often referred to as Ultra Hd.
By using URSA two formats can be recorded. The first format is 12-bit Cinema DNG RAW, which is compressed RAW codec constructed to give you the highest latitude for image manipulation in post production. The second format is Apple ProRes 422 (HQ), a debayered for simpler editing and playback in most of the applications use for video editing. In addition to this, ProRes also need reasonably low storage room for broad recording times. Video is recorded in CFast 2 memory cards, and the camera features 2 slots that allow you to hot exchange media for constant and continuous recordings.
URSA features a 10.1inches, resolution of 1080p flip-out LCD screen so that you don’t necessarily require an on-camera monitor. URSA also features an XLR 4 pins power output so you can power a camera of 12V accessory but don’t require an extra battery.

There are number of 3/8”-16 valve pores on the top surface of camera so you can bond mounting accessories and articulating arms. With the top of detachable handle there are even more holes of 1/4”-20 size. Additionally, at the base of camera there is a built-in mount of 15mm LWS spaced rods.
