The URSA 40 v2 Digital Cinema Camera with active EF Mount from Black Magic structure includes a form factor which is designed to make it more flexible to use on all sizes of productions. From a solo operator to a full camera crew, on the heart of the imaging system, URSA 4000p includes a 3840 x 2160p of resolution, global shutter CMOS sensor with dynamic range of 12 stops. The camera records and gives output in 2160p resolution format. 16:9 standards with completely 4 times the 1080p of resolution often referred to as Ultra Hd.
Two formats can be recorded by using URSA. The 1st format is 12-bit Cinema DNG RAW, which is compressed RAW codec structured to provide you the utmost latitude for image manipulation in post production. The second format is Apple ProRes 422 (HQ), a debayered for simpler editing and playback in a most of the video editing applications. Supports Standard Battery Plates
The V-Mount battery plates or Gold Mount of your own choice can be joined directly on the back of camera. Instead, there is a XLR of 4 pins input so you can utilize a power supply or other source of DC power. URSA also features an XLR 4 pins power output so you can power a camera of 12V accessory but don’t require an extra battery.

There are number of 3/8”-16 tapped pores on the top of the camera so you can connect mounting accessories and articulating arms.
